Hey Joshua, Happy to hear this is working for you now. There is was no outage reported during the time indicated in your screenshot. Though it may have been repeatable for a given period of time, it has not, to my know, affected others. It seems to have been a transient issue.
For future reports of this kind that you suspect may be a platform-related issue and not one with your code, I'd recommend filing a new issue on the *Issue Tracker* <https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/new>. That is the forum for such reports. This group is primarily for architecture, best practices and other subjects of the like, though I do understand the general relevance of an outage.
