The Firebase Demo Project <https://support.google.com/firebase/answer/7157552?hl=en> is a project owned by Google and is under a Google Billing Account. Therefore it is not your billing account that is charged for its usage and is instead Google that is charged.
By default, you are granted access to this project if you are a member of the firebase-demo-users <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/firebase-demo-users> Google Group. If you wish to be removed from the project, you simply leave the firebase-demo-users Google Group.
