What project does the blob-store data belong to? Is this still an active
project? You seem to own quite a few projects.
Has the blob-store data or the app been backed up at any time?
You seem to refer to a Datastore upgrade that might have somehow affected
the blob-store data. Can you provide at least an approximate time frame for
the upgrade? It is surely no intention of the developers to upgrade active
functionality in such a way as to wipe out app data. How would you describe
such a scenario?
Any related information you deem relevant may help a lot in devising an
investigation plan.
