Hello, As described in this article <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/deprecations/python25> support for Python 2.5 environment will turned off on a weekly basis beginning on May 16, 2017. The application that you've mentioned is not developed by Google. I suggest contacting to developers/vendors of the application to help you with your request.
