The Google Cloud Platform <https://cloud.google.com/products/storage/> has no connection to Google Drive <https://www.google.com/drive/>, and I therefore have no visibility into what regions your data is saved in when using Google Drive. If you are looking for a Google Cloud Platform solution, we offer Google Cloud Storage <https://cloud.google.com/storage/> as a persistent storage solution for Cloud applications. With Google Cloud Storage you are able to save your data to specific locations <https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/bucket-locations#location-r> using buckets.
