Hi PK, Is there an API to get to the amount spent from the start of the day?
I'm afraid not. Even in the BigQuery billing export (which is the most up-to-date store for cost data), AppEngine spend is pushed in a daily increment . All hours are "billed" as a single hour which makes real-time alerting impossible for now. This also has the side effect of making it impossible to precisely study the spending pattern of an AppEngine app at the hour granularity. Let's hope this changes soon !
