I deployed an app on Google Compute Engine. It was working fine, pointing
to the right domain www.recoguide.com.

Then I tried to take advantage of the automatic renewing free SSL
certificate by configuring SSL using Google Cloud settings for Google App
Engine (note: my app is deployed using Google Compute Engine, I have no app
in Google App Engine). But when I was setting up SSL, it correctly
identified my domain and gave me a list of DNS records to update in
GoDaddy.
After I updated my records in GoDaddy, I was able to see my website at
www.recoguide.com in Chrome for a while(even dynamic pages). But Internet
Explorer and FireFox were giving 404. I went to sleep thinking that the DNS
changes will take a while to propagate. Now, after waking up, even Chrome
is giving "Google 404 That’s an error. The requested URL was not found on
this server. That’s all we know."

Below are my DNS records. Not sure what is wrong.

Can you please help me resolve this issue?
