The error 'connection reset by peer' is usually transient in nature. The 
solution is just to try again and make sure your network connection has no 
problems.

If it persists, I highly encourage you to submit a defect report 
<https://code.google.com/p/google-cloud-sdk/issues> as described in this 
article <https://cloud.google.com/support/docs/issue-trackers> so that 
proper attention and weight will be given to it. We monitor that issue 
tracker closely. Please include sanitized deployment logs as much as 
possible.
