The IPs mentioned are not static IP addresses but rather IPs that are shared among all apps. I was able to access both sites `loudr.fm`, or ` app.simplenote.com` and not able to reproduce your issue. As such, I recommend contacting Comcast <https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/> support page.
