Hello Katie, As per this forum <https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!category-topic/gmail/managing-settings-and-mail/5x7MWGJus5Y>, you should be able to click on the link at the top which says click here and open the script. There must be trigger set up with the notifications which may require attention. I was also able to find this blog topic <https://ctrlq.org/docs/20474-summary-failures-google-apps-script> on the same which may be helpful.
Please notes, as Google App Script is not related to Google Application Engine (GAE). I hope the information provided above is helpful to you.
