Hi I had made my website using Google cloud console last year and with the free credits the website was up and running quite well. The credits expired and the website went down for like one day. I changed my credit card details and enable it for billing.
Ever since that time, the website hasn't worked. I have changed the updated IP address in the DNS settings as well.
