I attach a screenshot from the Move settings screen. There is no "No 
organization" option, the only move Targets I am offered are sift-ms.com 
and Stravimat, which both change nothing when applied.

I am not sure what logging are you talking about. I am able to access 
Google App Engine logs fine in the App Engine Dashboard. Is there some 
other logging I could enable? If there is, can you tell me how to enable it?
