Our clients are constantly failing when trying to access our appengine application. Apparently, there is a rotation in the resolved ip address for our domain. When the resolved ip happens to be the one bellow, it doesn't work only when the user is using the NET Internet provider <https://www.net.com.br/internet-banda-larga>. https://ipinfo.io/2800:3f0:4001:808::2003
Of course, that same ipv6 address must be used for a huge variety of other services, so it is not affecting only our app. Since we are a small company, we don't have contact for that kind of support at that provider.
