I'm not very familiar with MongoDB or either of those services (I only know
that they provide hosted MongoDB services), but from a quick check it seems
that the referenced host (_mongodb._tcp.youtopia-dev-wc9dj.gcp.mongodb.net)
does not exists (ie. doing an nslookup on it returns "no such domain").

So I would suspect that it's a (DNS) configuration error. Can you connect
to this database from your local machine for example?
