Hello, I want to create a App Engine in Standard Environment using Go, but why this requires to enable the billing now. I created several projects in the past using the same setup, and it was doing just fine.
Just need a clarification, is this true that App Engine Standard Environment for Go requires billing? Because if I select another language like Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, Ruby, and .Net, the create billing account popup didn't show up.
