I'm trying to follow the instructions in Google's "Deploying a complex application" tutorial to learn how to use GCP APIs in a node app. In the third part named "Using Cloud Storage <https://cloud.google.com/nodejs/getting-started/using-cloud-storage>" the tutorial asks me to copy a file called `config.json` from the previous sample project named "2-structured-data", but no such file exists. Should I create the file myself, and if so, what configuration should I include in it?
