Hi Jamil, I highly doubt that this issue could be related to Permission and Roles, as you have already tried assigning different roles. Since you were able to deploy your application previously, I'd suggest to make sure all components are up to date and try again. I'm note sure what Cloud SDK version you are currently using, but it is recommended to update it to the latest version 245.0.0 <https://cloud.google.com/sdk/docs/release-notes>.
