Nobody seems to know much about my question regarding ETag HTTP header stripping during App Engine flex environment tranpilation (gzip) of a resource. (
But, to me this seems like an easily reproducible bug. Does anyone know how to file an actual bug? The link to the Issue Tracker above (http://issuetracker.google.com/) isn't obviously useful without specific post permissions and knowledge of Google's component ID's?
