hey folks,

I have some pet projects on GAE (standard), only intended to learn GCP.
When my trial period finished, though, I was charged with 158.472 hours
(!!) of App Engine Backend Instances for one of those non-used projects. As
I think that's a lot of cpu time, I tried to figure it out how the free
tier was overrun.

On API & Services
<https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/dashboard?show=all&project=>, I
found a CSV with `time` and `compute` values, that I assume that's were the
cpu usage should be found, but it only goes back 1 month and the billing
refers to older data and *I don't know where to find it*. Also, this cpu
time is not broken by any service ...

Does anyone could, then, help me understand how the billing works? If there
are *Google employees* here, I would like very much to check my personal
situation. I'm not saying anithing wrong was done, but I feel a bit lucky I
created a low budget for this project otherwise I could have lost some
money here and, mainly, it's very unlikely I will deploy an real
application in a service I don't understand how it's charged.

cheers,
Gerardo
