Hello Lucas, It's very hard to give you an answer without knowing where you want to migrate to. GCP has several VM migration tools [1], Other platforms would have instructions on how to use them to migrate to them.
Here is some documentation on how to reduce VM costs in GCP if it interests you [2] .
