Hi, I have been trying to change the default timezone in the cloud sql instance to no avail. i keep getting the default timezone of *date: 2019-10-01 08:39:19.785535 America/New_York (-04:00) *for example when when i echo the date time. I have followed the instructions on changing the flags here https://cloud.google.com/sql/docs/mysql/flags#mysql-d and changed several times and it prompts me to restart, yet it keeps giving me the same time offset of new york.
How can this be fixed? please. Currently my app needs to be accessed by various countries but this limits it.
