Hi Ferry, This could be due to the connections to the Cloud SQL that were previously established. However, if you still experience the issue, I would suggest to create a Private Issue Tracker <https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/new?component=491274&template=1161130>and provide instance name along with the project number for further investigation.
