I have created google cloud account years ago but never used. I just tried to use it yesterday and I found my billing account was closed. So I updated my billing/payment info to open the account.
So i filled the form for verification with driver license and debit card documents. But it looks like google auto response email doesn't seem to accept verification as it reply back with the email saying: We were unable to verify billing instrument ownership using the documents > you submitted. > But it doesn't say exactly what is wrong with documents.
