I'd like to exec the performance testing to my Website by using GCP server
but there are some questions
1) Is it possible to power-on the three hundred server at the same time?
2) Is there a limit on the number of simultaneous startups?Are there any
prohibitions when perform the load testing?
I will be sent a traffic 100Gbps by using GCP server
