There is a very approachable quickstart on installing the Cloud SDK along
basic gcloud commands, which can be found here [1]. You can also refer to
this documentation [2] on how to deploy via the gcloud command, ("gcloud
app deploy"), which is also used to deploy a new updated version. Finally,
you can find all relevant commands to App Engine in this gcloud reference
link [3].
