Verify that you’re not close to be hitting a Quota (IAM & Admin > Quotas) 
Stackdriver Logging, Monitoring, Trace API quotas.
If your Cloud Task is injecting a lot of log at once it could cause that.
For further troubleshooting, you could open a IssueTracker[1]
