I think this may be the problem. My typical workflow is that I app deploy then delete the old version manually in the dashboard. I am guessing I get a 15 minute accrual every time since it spins up a new instance to serve the new version.
Would specifying a version with "-v" prevent the extra accrual? That way I can replace the serving version without having to go in and delete the old one. Thanks!
