Hi Amit, I ran into the same issue. You just need to increase your Quotas for these settings. You can find them in your IAM & Admin > Quotas section. Increase it to 10 or 12 and you should be able to deploy. I had a few others I had to increase as well when I was deploying several services. Hope this helps - Adam
