Hi Sergey, As explained in this article <https://cloud.google.com/blog/products/application-development/a-new-issue-tracker-for-g-suite>, you can report a G Suite issue or request a feature via G Suite Issue Tracker <https://issuetracker.google.com/bookmark-groups/78025>. However, in order to further investigate the issue with the GCP project/resources, I recommend to create a PRIVATE report <https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/new?component=491166&template=1161154> on the GCP Issue Tracker and provide us with your organization name and the deleted project name so that we would be able to dig into the issue there.
