You are welcome opening separate issues in the Public Issue Tracker <https://issuetracker.google.com/>, if you are faced with other Cloud Platform related problems. This applies now, for the remaining issues you describe, which seem to be project-specific. You'll have to provide private information such as project numbers, so you should open a private issue in the PIT.
