Hi, It is possible that you have simply exceeded the 5 GB limitation on Standard Regional Storage allotted to the Free Tier. [1] and [2]. That is probably why you are only receiving the bill for cloudstorage.
You are billed for Cloud Storage on a per bucket basis. So, if you delete the bucket, you should not be receiving any bills There is a public documentation [3] available that contains the best practices for cost optimization of Cloud Storage.
