1. The answer seems to be 'No' i.e. no direct way. See -

2. You'll probably have to loop through all of your namespaces. To get all 
the namespaces in your datastore, see - 
https://googleapis.dev/ruby/google-cloud-datastore/latest/index.html which 
says

.....The special entity kind __namespace__ can be used to find all the 
namespaces used in your application entities....
