Hi, For what you have explain about your issue I understand that your site is down after you tried to install the free tier wordpress following a youtube guide [1].
It seem, for what you have explained, that it is a specific issue that is affecting on your project, like one missed step of the guide or one configuration that maybe are interfering with your actual project components, and not a global issue.
