In case you missed our blog post (http://google-code- updates.blogspot.com/2007/11/each-and-every-email.html), we are excited to announce the release of the Google Apps Email Migration API. This API allows you to migrate mail from legacy email systems into your domain's hosted Gmail accounts.
The Email Migration API follows the principles of the Google Data APIs which are based on both the Atom 1.0 and RSS 2.0 syndication formats in addition to the Atom Publishing Protocol. For more details on GData, please visit http://code.google.com/apis/gdata/reference.html You can find the Email Migration API Developers' Guide at: http://code.google.com/apis/apps/email_migration/developers_guide_protocol.html To help you with your implementation, we also provide client libraries in Java and .Net which implement the calls to our API. You can download the libraries at: http://code.google.com/apis/apps/libraries_and_samples.html We regularly monitor and answer the group, so we encourage you to use this community to get fast answers and advice. We appreciate your feedback as we continually improve our offerings. Happy coding!
