Alex,
I need you guys to change the setting so that users are directed
to the Google change password page. We are dealing with some SSO
issues right now and had to turn the SSO service off. Users, however,
are still being directed to the SSO site to change passwords. Of
course, there are no sessions associated with their logons in our SSO
site and it doesn't let them change passwords. I assume this happens
because you had to change the URL by hand so that the change password
setting of the SSO page worked. We need you to change this setting on
the production domain (upr.edu) back to the default so users can
continue changing passwords when needed. You can leave the this
setting for the test domain (ws.uprm.edu) pointing to our test SSO
site.
Thanks,
Carlos
