That's a good idea - actually I was just starting to think about what would go into a troubleshooting guide for this (eg do you get a browser error or a server error? etc)... the redirectors had some hiccups leading up to launch so I know well the process of diagnosing them now (in fact I've built some of my own with some more advanced features too).
