We have single sign-on setup for our domain. Today we had a user attempting to setup pop access and pop their mail. In the course of doing so it looks like they managed to lock their account somehow. No matter what we tried we could not get pop or imap access to work, but we could still login via the single-sign-on page. I've seen ways to unlock a locked gmail account, but they don't seem to work with gmail for domains. Is there a way for us to unlock this account somehow?
