This looks like two feature requests - the first
(s/gmail.com/mydomain.com/g) should be trivial for Google to template
on their side and the second I'm not entirely sure about, except
perhaps to give the option 'for more/local help'. The reason I say
this is that their help is pretty good and substituting it with
something less good is bad for the users and the product. This is not
to say this integration point is not a good idea (it's not the first
I've heard of it either), just that how it work s needs some thought.
