I had forgotten to set Content-type, and retried it. Content-type; application/atom+xml;charset=iso-2022-jp and <?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-2022-jp"?>
As the result of it, the request was processed. That is; <batch:status code='201' reason='Created'/> But the message is really impossible to read.
