Hi,

This usually means that the private key used to sign the SAMLResponse
does not match the public key certificate that Google Apps has on
file. Please upload the certificate in the SSO Settings in control
panel and retry.

There is more information about SSO in our FAQ:
http://code.google.com/support/bin/topic.py?topic=11283

Please, if you cannot solve the problem, please submit a support
request as I said before.

Julian.
