I can reproduce both problems on a fresh install - sorry for that. I  
verified though that the samples && the project templates to work, so  
developing of your own applications should be working fine?

I am going to fix that today (there was a bug in the setup script that  
i did not notice because i did not test this particular part  
(rebuilding of the solutions) on a blank system, only on systems with  
an SVN enlistment.... One more step for the launch proces...
