Hi Ruben,

You could use V1.0 if you want. I recommend to use V2.0 as much as
possible because it has new functionalities and is the main one in use
at the moment.

But in your case, V1.0 has the client in Ruby and V2.0 does not. Is up
to you if you prefer to use the API without a client or another
programing language to use a client. You could always use V2.0 only
for Retrieve all users.
