You can do the include_path and add the Zend classes like this:

$path = 'ZendGdata-1.5.2/library';
set_include_path(get_include_path() . PATH_SEPARATOR . $path);

require_once 'Zend/Loader.php';
Zend_Loader::loadClass('Zend_Gdata_ClientLogin');
Zend_Loader::loadClass('Zend_Gdata_Gapps');

But I found that GoDaddy needs proxy settings to connect using SSL, I
recommend you to try what Ryan Boyd posted here:

This is for Calendar, but you could adapt it to Google Apps with few
changes.
