Hi, OpenSSO would be handling the SAML communication with Google Apps.
For help connecting Luminis Portal with OpenSSO, I would recommend contacting support for Luminis Portal, since it is a commercial product. Another route would be to look at uPortal and CAS (also from JA-SIG).
