Hi Pankaj, Do you still have the problem with the relayState URL? did you make the change that Thai mentioned?
There is more info about the xml scape characters here: http://code.google.com/apis/apps/faq.html#xmlescape I think the problem with the partner page has to be proxy related, maybe you have different settings for the browsers.
