The problem was that the domain and the "api_user" domain did not
match.
BEFORE:
# Site-specific Settings
domain='cayey.upr.edu'
api_user='[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
AFTER:
# Site-specific Settings
domain='gae.cayey.upr.edu'
api_user='[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
