Hi Matt, We do not know of any implementation yet that utilizes Google Apps enabled domain as a SSO Identity Provider. There is however, an administrator controlled user management component but that is not designed to function as a SSO enabler. A separate set of services need to be deployed to perform the typical responsibilities of a SSO Identity Provider.
