Hi,

To create the new users on the new domain, you can use the
Provisioning API, you will need a program that reads the current users
and creates the new users on the new domain. You would need new
temporary passwords, since the password is write only and you cannot
read the current password on the actual domain.

Other tasks like migrating email are a bit more complicated, you can
use IMAP to migrate email but it involves manual work from the users
to activate IMAP:
