Hi,

The Java Provisioning API v2.0 is a part of GData library with a
minimum requirement of JDK version 5.0 or greater.

However, You can write the functionality you need in Java 1.4 by
working with the ATOM/XML instead and wrapping it up in Java 1.4
classes:
