Hi Amod,

I tried installing GData 1.2.2.0 library on Vista and it installed
with no errors. My system has msiexec v4.00.600.

Can you please try obtaining a fresh copy and install from command
line with logging enabled:
c:\windows\msiexec /i "Google Data API Setup(1.2.2.0).MSI" /l*v
test.log

The log file should give you more clues.
